The data entered is used exclusively for the internal placement procedure and is not passed on to applying families or students.

This form should be completed by a teacher who knows the student well personally and teaches a larger number of hours per week. Ideally, this should be the class teacher. The teacher should have taught the student for at least one full school year, the longer the better. Please indicate how long you have known the applicant.

In any case, the assessment is a decisive point of reference for the question of a student's suitability and should be as objective as possible. An accurate and truthful description serves as the basis for a successful placement. It should be completed using the form below.

The structured categories have been agreed with our foreign partner organizations and are important points of reference for a possible placement. The general assessment is also important:

Personality traits that are important for the particular situation of a longer stay abroad
Social skills (so-called social skills)
Indications of special commitment at school (projects, supervision, etc.)
Social commitment
Self-motivation of the student to participate in the planned program
For exchange programs: Requirements for the organization of the return visit to Bavaria (school/family)

It is not necessary to list the hobbies again, as these are already stated by the student him/herself in the application form.
